Body Mass Index or BMI is a widely used measure to determine if you are over or underweight for your height. You can calculate it easily using the following formula:
BMI = weight (Kg) / height2 (m2)

Underweight is classed as a BMI less than 18.5, normal weight is classed as a BMI between 18.5 and 25, overweight is classed as a BMI between 25 and 30, and obesity is classed as a BMI greater than 30.
